I can't remember when I didn't want to ride a motorcycle. My Grandaddy bought me a little trail bike when I was pretty young, and I was hooked for good. When I met my better half (Paul), who had been riding since he was a kid, I decided I needed a real motorcycle and bought my first one. That was about 30 years ago. Paul & I were interested in BMW's and had gone shopping at Venture BMW in B'ham, where we met for the first time, Vernon Headrick. He invited us to come to a club meeting, and we were corrupted for good. I have been riding my own BMW for about 14 years. I feel very fortunate to be associated with this club and serve as your Safety Director.
